What should I expect from the recruitment and interview process?

At One Avenue we have a detailed recruitment process, which allows us to find the perfect candidate to join the One Avenue family. However, we ensure this process is tailored to you and also allows you to discover if we are right for you!

What should I wear for my interview?

We have a corporate dress code at One Avenue, therefore we ask that you dress everyday like it is your first day. However, there is no set dress code for your interview, so come dressed how you would like be perceived. 

I have applied for a job and not heard back yet, what should I do?

Our hiring team at One Avenue are extremely busy finding candidates that would be perfect additions to the family, therefore we may take some time getting back to you. If you have not heard from us within 28 days of your application, please note you have been unsuccessful this time round, however we keep all CVs on file, meaning if we feel a position is suitable for you, we will reach out accordingly.

Do you provide hybrid working options?

One Avenue truly believe in the benefits of working in the office for a sociable, collaborative and supportive workforce, therefore we all work from the office, which just happen to be in stunning London locations.

I really want to work for you but do not see any roles suitable, what should I do?

What do you look for in a candidate?

We are open to all industries and backgrounds here at One Avenue, we do not ask for any specific experience, however what we do ask is that you hold our company values of having a positive attitude, the ability to problem solve and a desire to go above and beyond.

Do I need previous Serviced Office experience?

Absolutely not! We are open to those from all industries, as we want to learn from others to help make our business better. All we ask from you is that you have our company values and embody them in everything that you do.
